Their tactics seem designed to trick customers into upgrading their plans. I purchased a package of 80 images but chose not to use it due to unclear terms and conditions. When I requested a refund, the manager refused. With the rise of AI, this company is becoming obsolete and appears desperate for business, employing deceptive practices to pressure customers into unnecessary license upgrades. I strongly advise against buying images from this company.
