Company informed me of "purchase" of a complimentary item that they put through without my consent. Typically, companies ask if you want something before just adding it, what a horrendous breach of consent. Awful, won't be using them again. Edit: They replied saying they enabled "complimentary" uses of plagiarism software, which I already knew after checking my account, and complained about above. They never just added video or audio without my consent when those came out, only informed me of the offers. Since the company now disrespects artists enough to use software that scrapes the internet for our work without asking, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised they're doing as they please with my account. Their corporate non-apology and explanation of circumstances I was already aware of does nothing to fix this enormous blunder.
