I love the image selection and the options for finding the images that fit my needs.However, I am not happy with the 'upgrade' the images and it not being clear that I suddenly lost 282 images at the end of year if I don't buy 100 more. I think that is slight of hand marketing and I am not impressed. Now that I have purchased the additional 100 images, I do not see that I have access to the 282 images remaining which I was told would be available; I only see the 100 I just purchased. Perhaps I checked too soon But I will be back in touch if the total images don't appear soon.It would be helpful to have a warning when your images are no longer going to be available, or more obvious note on account of the 'use before' date. I just have not run into this situation with Deposit photos prior to this year and I have been a customer for a few years now.
