9/25/2023 - signed up for the monthly unlimited music plan. I was able to download 2 files. Third file was locked behind a "on demand" paywall. Contacted customer service (Irine) and asked why unlimited plan was limited. She could not answer. chat went round and around. I then asked her to explain what the subscription policy was. she could not answer and said that she would have to respond via email. I asked her to cancel my subscription. she was able to walk me through cancelling my auto renew. I asked for a refund of this month's subscription, she could not do that during the chat. she said she had to email me back. At this point, i wasted 45 mins with her on the chat.
