Having recently written a negative review about Depositphotos, I felt quite ashamed when the staff pulled out all stops and righted the problem. In their calm and reasoned way they not only fixed the problem but actually gave me a refund,AND offered a discount. I'm not usually contrite but I felt a bit silly by reacting badly and not giving them a chance to help. Congratulations to the Depositphotos staff and thank you.
