Unpleasant experience

Please remind the staff to be careful when giving any suggestion/promotion on a plan.I received an email saying:"I see that you have purchased a plan for individual users (10 images/month for 44.60 USD).I could offer you a yearly subscription plan for 489 USD/year (75 images/month).As you have already paid 44.60 USD, you could just add the difference. "In reality, I had purchased 75 images/month at $44.60 as a welcome gift discount I received.I decided to log in and check, but I got an error saying my login was blocked.One might think a scam is happening because the timing is very suspicious.So I checked the email I received saying I subscribed for 75 images/month at $44.60, Screenshotted and sent.After emailing them, they said the antifraud system blocked me since I did not fill in my profile details.I'd advise setting up automatic emails to inform customers they've been blocked by Antifraud for whatever reason.Or set the antifraud not to block those that have paid subscriptions.To new customers, always keep your invoices and have proof of what you purchased.As I am just trying to be careful dealing with online products, I could have assumed the company blocked my account so that I couldn't check my account, and they could change my product into 10 images and trick me into spending more.I could have also assumed they tried to trick me into purchasing a yearly plan as a "great offer" since they told me, "I purchased 10 images/month". When in reality, I got 75images/month at a discount.I would also like to highlight the response when I corrected the staff that my product was 75 images; they replied, "Yes, sure, you have 75 images/month, sorry for the mistake." An unpleasant response. I am just sharing an experience from my perspective.Initially, I wanted to rate 1star, but 3stars for fast response.4stars Update:thankyou for reaching out.
