Have used the service for over 10 years. Was on a rolling contract as the unused images were transfered over. I thought I'd increased the images to 75 per month under the same rules. Turns out I've paid 6 months at a higher rate and the images have not transfered over so I've lost them. Images are basic and not great in comparison to other websites but I comprosied to the flexibility. Had no help in getting the images back on what I've paid for, so have now lost me as a customer as other sites have better variety and I won't deal with companies who used underhand tactics like this.
