I haven't had much direct experience with customer service per se, but I've had quite a bit of experience with the DepositPhotos experience in general. I find it very easy to find images, the prices are fair-minded, and the selection of images is very good. The Favorites area tends to be a bit chaotic, as I never know where my new favorite is going to be put. But I'll overlook that in light of the many positives I've found. It must be very complicated to provide a solid customer experience, and I'm sure you work hard to do that. Keep it up!
