Depositphotos has a very bad way of caring for their customers. I ordere a download subscription on december 4th 2022. Something went wrong on the site. so within 10 minutes I ordered again, not aware of the fact that the first time succeeded for whatever reason. No I had 2 'subscriptions'. Mr. Alexander Shereshovets from Depositphoto is not wiling to refund one of the subscriptions and says the subscription hes been renewed automatically. This is definitely NOT true. And even if so, according to Mr. Alexander Shereshovets, this is a customer-unfriendly way to sell subscriptions.So be aware!!Do not buy from Depositphotos!!!!
