Didn't receive a notification about a renewal for one. Then it expired and in less than 5 hours, I was contacted. Told my credit card didn't go through and all of a sudden the plan I had, and would have paid for, was $150 more and I couldn't get my plan back. Nice way for a bait and switch. We are a longstanding client and this is how I was treated.
