1. The proceeding process, when purchasing an image package, is not user friendly. It is too fast and you cant't control the process. Immediately, without a possibility to control the checkout, the purchasing process is finished. 2. It is very hard to find where you can stop the automatic extension, that is activated by default. 3. The «On demand Download»-package expires after one year. I did't know this, it is not clear communicated. I can't understand why I cannot use the purchased credits any more.
