All of the below are my opinion: (1) Abusive customer support(2) They continue to make it VERY difficult to cancel a subscription. (3) Website has gotten VERY slow. I pointed out that if you follow their return & cancellation policy steps, they it takes you to a screen where there is no cancellation option. How did CS respond? "Why would it be there?". Great.
