Account now suddenly working after I contacted Trustpilot. No contact to explain why it happened - glad to have it back but unhappy with the lack of customer care. Online chat didnt work and telephone number just took message. I am trying to use my account with deposit photos for work that has a deadline. I have just been told my account has been suspended even though I have 112 days left as my credit card has expired. Tried calling customer services and a voicemail said they were busy and would call me back. Tried logging onto online chat and it doesnt work. I've updated my card even thought they dont need it for payment as original account hasnt expired. Anyone had the same issue
