The AI chat support tried to brush me off with a 30% discount, calling it 'accommodating.' Only after I insistently demanded my money back was the refund suddenly triggered. It’s highly suspicious. Since this is all automated and no actual staff were involved, it feels like a calculated attempt to mislead customers. 'Nice try' is all I can say.Here my answer to the reply:That is not the point! You are misrepresenting the situation. An attempt was made to charge 70 Euros without any prior order. That is the issue! It is sad that this is even possible via PayPal, but it is clearly being exploited. This was an attempt to collect funds in a completely illegal manner!
