Depositphotos has a massive stock, and there has never been anything that I've needed to search for that has not thrown up a multitude of image possibilities. There are package deals that make this site affordable. Downloads are handled easily, and the site is very navigable. I would recommend this to anyone needing images for a website, blog, or other such enterprise.
I have had the most horrible customer experience I think someone can have! I spent almost $200 on 750 stock photos, but when I tried to log in to get my photos, the site blocked my login attempt for no reason! It's been five days since my purchase... the phone number they have listed does not work. It sends you straight to voicemail every time. Their online chat feature is broken and doesn't connect you to anyone... I've had that happen several times! I sent five emails to deposit photos just for them to ask me for the same info repeatedly, and no one got back to me. I've only gotten successfully matched with a customer service person twice now on the site, and each time, they asked for the same info and said they would send it to be reviewed, and it should be fixed shortly... yeah that's a lie. I had an insulting customer service agent who ended our chat while explaining how frustrated I was because they kept saying they would take care of it. Still, they give no time frame, and no one contacted you back... if they email you back, it's just to ask for the same info again. I can't believe they would treat a new customer this way. I will most likely have to file with the better business bureau to look into this and get my money back since their customer service is just a scam. oh and they do not apologize at all for any of the inconvenience and offer nothing to appease you... they don't care about keeping their customers it seems.
