Just because I live in Belgium does not mean I am French speaking. Belgium has 3 official languages: Dutch (Flemish), French and German.Dutch (Flemish) covers the biggest part of Belgium.You need to revise your default language rules. And now I am getting all those spammy commercial mails in French....
I renewed my subscription and I didn't realize that in my profile I didn't change any information about my business name, but I don't understand why they can't change my payment receipt. You just have to have the will to provide customer service.
Didn't receive a notification about a renewal for one. Then it expired and in less than 5 hours, I was contacted. Told my credit card didn't go through and all of a sudden the plan I had, and would have paid for, was $150 more and I couldn't get my plan back. Nice way for a bait and switch. We are a longstanding client and this is how I was treated.
