I didn’t Realise the $80 image pack offer had to be used within one year of purchase! My previous appsumo offers were unlimited use, so when half of the photos weren't used yet and were about to expire I contacted support in a panic, but they gave me another year to use the credits up, which was fantastic :)
I hadn't realized when I signed up with Deposit Photos that I was enrolled in auto-renew, which I don't like and don't do with any vendor/supplier I use. So when I received an email notice that a "package" had been renewed, I reached out right away and complained about that. I got an immediate response, was offered a partial credit, and my auto-renew for next year was disabled. And, I received my AMEX credit very quickly. All in all, a very good experience.
