I found an image I wanted and clicked on their free trial offer but having tried many many times to download the image including many online chats which did not seem to be relevant to my problem, I gave up. They kept asking for payment but even when I tried to pay and then use the free trial, they kept refusing my credit card and Paypal. I gave up and went back on to pay for their minimum program of 10 images and like magic, all the problems went away, they accepted payment and allowed me to download the image. Do not fall for their "FREE TRIAL" offer. Why they have to resort to that, I have no idea, since their image library is very good and if you do get to download one, the quality is excellent.The whole process took me two weeks and my project was too late.
This is the first time I've used the site. I accidentally purchases a package of 3 photos and once I downloaded the 3 it wouldn't let me get more and I realized I had purchased a package of 3 rather than the package of 10. I immediately purchases the package of 10 and proceeded to download 4 more photos for a total of 7. I contacted them right away and let them know that I had made a mistake and needed the 10 package rather than the 3 and was told they could not void the package of 3. I have now paid nearly $100 for 7 photos for my website. I won't use this company again.
