The images to choose from are gorgeous and I found a few I thought would work. However, I am having difficulty downloading them from my Depositphotos storage to my computer so I can use them on my website.Update:I am able to download my images to my computer, but only one at a time. I then have to close the website and wait a few minutes before logging back in and downloading another picture
I am so impressed with this company. My daughter signed up for the trial without my knowledge and I was charged when the trial ran out. I emailed customer service immediately explaining the situation at around midnight. I awoke at 7 this morning to a response saying they would honor my request and the money was back in my account within the next hour. I will absolutely be using this company when I need stock photos. When I used Shutterstock, they tried to charge me $120 just to cancel my subscription. Never again. Depositphotos is the way to go.
I use Depositphotos for travel books. The image search really sucks. It seems Depositphotos has tried its best to maximize the number of the results and hide the ones I need in hundreds of irrelevant images. Many images lack basic info such as the city and country even the name of the place and many countries, such as Tunisia, cannot be found in Origin & Location.You don't actually have as many images as you claim if they can not be found.
