That app is yours, and I’m subjected to endless commercials while I eat my breakfast. This app is touted as excellent, yet it consistently delivers incorrect game outcomes. It’s astonishing, especially since I only follow a few teams. I can’t help but feel like someone on your team is messing with me. I think of a friend who pretends he’s not part of the IT team, yet I suspect he’s behind the frustrating notifications from your app. Either your service is unreliable in reporting sports outcomes, or your security is so weak that it’s been compromised. Please improve your service! One day, someone who truly cares about accurate sports betting will depend on the information you provide.

Upgrading for more access is frustrating, especially when I missed the game I intended to watch. After a similar experience last year, I had to cancel my subscription and was still charged. Customer support has been friendly, but the service itself is lacking. I plan to watch the remainder of the season and cancel immediately afterward.
