Great collection of photos at good prices. However, the pricing and order process is a bit intransparent. The website shows that you have downloads left, but then charges you for a new package without warning.Update: The company were very helpful in resolving the issue. I've now managed to turn off the auto-renewal of my subscription and hope this won't happen again.
Today I purchased a packet of a couple of pictures. All went well, there is a reservation on my CC, but Depositophotos is sending a mail that the payment did not go well. With the reservation on my CC I think this is not okay. It doesn't give good convidence.I can say within the day I got a positive reaction from Depositphotos, including a very nice compensation.
