Frustrating experience with content policies

I uploaded 40 albums created by AI, and today I was informed that AI-generated content is not permitted, leading to the deletion of everything after I spent many hours on it. They should have enforced this policy from the beginning to save my time. This demonstrates a lack of respect for my efforts.

Lack of Transparency and Abrupt Account Closure

My artist account was permanently closed due to alleged “AI-generated music,” despite my catalog consisting entirely of original works created by me, which hadn’t even been released yet. There was no warning, no specific track mentioned, and no chance for clarification. I received only a termination notice and vague instructions for appeal, which could take up to six months. As an independent songwriter and producer, I rely on digital tools, but that doesn’t make my music AI-generated. The platform hosts many self-described AI content creators, yet my unpublished drafts were singled out, leading to the removal of my entire account without explanation. This situation feels inconsistent and procedurally unfair. Independent artists depend on platforms to safely host and distribute their work, and losing access without clear reasoning is incredibly damaging. Until the platform establishes transparent review standards and fair correction opportunities, I cannot recommend it to fellow creators and will suggest alternatives. Even if my account is reinstated, my trust in their business practices has been irrevocably shaken.

Order Issues with Delayed Response

I ordered a CD from a group in the US on December 20, 2025, which was supposed to be mailed by the 27th, but it wasn't. The artist and their family overlooked it. I had to follow up repeatedly, and I hope to get a refund. This is not a professional way to conduct business. If you can't engage with your fans, you shouldn't expect to profit from them. Now I lack trust in this system and am hesitant to purchase CDs this way again.

Frustrating Experience with Customer Service

My experience with this online store has been incredibly frustrating. The customer communication is nearly nonexistent—emails often go unanswered for weeks, and responses are vague and unhelpful. Shipping was extremely slow, far beyond reasonable expectations, with no proactive communication about delays. Their customer service is dreadful; instead of addressing issues, they deflect responsibility and leave customers hanging. To top it off, I was charged for Duty and Tax payments that should have been covered. This feels like a scam.

Mixed Experience with Artists

There are many excellent ambient artists on the platform, and prices are reasonable, making browsing easy. However, there are also numerous lesser-known or untalented artists. I've downloaded several pieces that consist of minimal notes layered over dull drones. Repetitive sequences for extended durations aren't enjoyable. My advice is to stick with familiar artists.

Payment Made, Order Never Received

I ordered a limited edition album back in May 2024 and paid $70, but I never received it. The seller hasn’t responded to any messages. I reached out to the support team multiple times, including in December 2025, but their support is ineffective. They claim to be just a marketplace and not responsible for issues, merely forwarding my request to the seller. There's no help, support, or protection provided.

Unprofessional Service

I had a terrible experience with this service. As an artist, I’ve been locked out of my account without explanation, which will negatively impact anyone trying to purchase my CDs. Customer service is slow, taking days to respond. Once this issue is resolved, I plan to close my account due to their unprofessionalism.

Revising My Initial Review

My daughter received her merchandise today, and I must amend my previous negative review. Although I initially doubted it would arrive, it did come with a personalized note from the artist apologizing for the delay. As a gesture of goodwill, she included some extra merchandise. The quality was good, and my daughter was particularly delighted with the handwritten note.
