Cristina is amazing. After creating my account, she reached out to make sure the subscription I had was the one I needed for the services I plan to use the stock photos for. She exampled their licensing requirements and answered my MILLION and ONE questions (I swear they were endless.) In the end she helped me get the plan I needed at a price I could afford.
Since VistaPrint took over, the site is just very clearly going downhill. I was emailed recently by someone in sales trying to extort me for more money. I have image packs I have purchased over the course of years. The license clearly says I can use these in projects I do but simply that one person has access to the account. She basically accused me of violating the license by using these on projects I was creating as a designer - then, told me I needed to spend more to change my account to be in compliance. I pushed back MULTIPLE times asking her to explain EXACTLY where in the license it said what she claimed, and I asked her to escalate this to a higher-up. She refused to answer and refused to escalate. What a mess of a company.
