I applied for a merchant account with [redacted] one of the Founders at Deposyt. I came to know of Deposyt by a referral. I fully completed the application and went through the trouble of sending in my bank statements on 12/16 and have not heard anything back. Over two months now. At this point, I do not want to do business with them even if I were somehow approved. Clearly they did not want nor value my business. Nevertheless, I dislike people wasting my time and not even having enough courtesy to get back with me whether Approved or Declined. That's all I ask. This review is just to let others know of my experience. --------10/27/2025 The so-called owner's of Deposyt says the guy I mentioned was not an owner, but a 1099 worker. But when I Google the name they want me remove, he comes up as CEO of the Deposyt online. LinkedIn, Youtube, and Facebook, etc. He also used a Deposyt domain email. His first name is the 41st Book of The Bible. Mind you, I Googled his information before I wrote my review so I did not guess if he was an owner. Maybe he did not "own" the company but he was an executive at the time. Whether or not he is still CEO I do not know. Deposyt recently asked me to remove the entire review and I'm thinking this request may be against Trust Pilot's policy. I will be reaching out to compliance and possibly corporate to write a complaint.
