The company lacks reliability. It's hard to gauge the quality of their pillows due to inconsistent pricing that varies greatly. I bought two pillows at a supposedly great deal, but then received offers for much cheaper options. I felt deceived when I discovered that the pillowcases they advertised as special were identical to what came with the pillows. Overall, I felt cheated.
