I wish I had read the reviews on customer service of this company before I decided to purchase their product. Having read the negative reviews on customer service and comparing that to my own experience, I can simply say ditto! I purchased 1 pillow and 1 cover but got invoiced immediately for 4 pillows, 4 covers and 4 cooling covers. Immediately, I placed a modifying order to correct this and received an email that a ticket has been created. Six days later, I received a package of 4 pillow, 4 covers and 4 cooling covers. Putting it in dollars and cents whereas I was ready to spend $44 to try this product, I got invoiced for $217. After contacting their customer service, they advised me that I will be able to send back the extra items but I would be responsible to pay for their shipping. The return address being in Lithuania, the shipping cost will be upwards of $140 with UPS. So, they have put me in this situation of either buying extra unwanted items and spend $217 instead of $44 or spend $140 in shipping cost making the cost to me $44 + $140 = $184 for one pillow and one cover.Both these options are unacceptable to me. Having read the reviews a minute ago, I see many others have had the same experience of ordering 1 but receiving 4. PS - Does Trustpilot have a rating below 0? I couldn't find it and gave this business a very reluctant 1.
