Not a good experience!I bought the Derilla Pillow after reading the reviews and seeing the 30 day satisfaction guarantee on their page, but after I received the product, I tried it and was not satisfied, so I contacted them three days after trying it and asked how I return it for a refund, then they told me, I can not get a refund as I had tried the pillow and it was not unopened and not in the original condition. How can you offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee but you are not allowed to open or try the product? What was I supposed to be satisfied with, the way it looks? I find the advertising misleading I am just glad I did not buy the accessories they sell also. Very disappointed.
