I had a bad experience from them..when i got the hair serum anaboom pro from them, the seal was already cut and dirty.. Couldn't find any pamphlet inside the box..when i contacted them, they say that the seal was cut during transportation and they said the product is genuine.And they didn't accept return or refund. (I had the unboxing video.)But how is it possible that the outer box is fine and only the inner cart is damaged?How can a reputed company says that a broken seal is safe?Now i filed a complaint in consumer forum..
