There are 600+ positive reviews on their website, but no way for verified customers to leave a review. This is a scam.I bought the 2-in-1 trimmer. It worked for a while, then just stopped. Customer service made me record a video to prove that it doesn't work, and then let me know that I would need to pay a shipping fee for a replacement after their finance department sent me an invoice. It's been a month and they refuse to send me the invoice. When I check in for an update, I receive the same 3 prepackaged responses telling me to check my inbox from time to time.
