Awful, awful customer service experience. I clicked on an ad late one night on Instagram for the trimmer, which looks identical to their callus remover, and, not knowing the callus remover had been added to my cart, I bought the callus remover on accident (why would clicking on an ad lead you to another product??). When I received the wrong item and contacted customer support, they told me for a $15.98, they would send me a new one (the same price as their "restocking fee"). I thought I was paying a restocking fee for the callus remover. Nope, they had sent me the wrong invoice. When I received a second callus remover in the mail and contacted customer support, they informed me that it was my fault for paying the invoice for the callus remover (again, I thought I was paying the restocking fee) and advised me that they would send me another invoice for a trimmer. Except they didn't. It took them two reminders and 13 days to send me an invoice for the trimmer. Their shipping is also dreadfully slow. So, all in all, I put in my first order on June 28th and received my bad bikini razor on October 1 while also paying an extra total of $31.69 to be shipped the wrong item at a painfully slow rate.
