If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased this product. Once received I put it to charge and it never took a charge. I contacted Customer service over and over to return my product and get a refund. Two months later and I’m still dealing with this vendor. They refuse to accept the fact the product never took a charge. Audacity to ask me if I dropped it, did I wet it, did it dry charging it. I’m not a child. The outlet works, it never took a charge and I was never able to use it.
