The ordering of the clothes went perfect. Fast and easy. But when we sent two items back to be exchanged because we had the sizing wrong the problems started. In the beginning they would answer my mail, but now radio silence. The clothes have arrived there but we heard nothing. It has been almost 4 weeks. Not if the right sizes are still there, if there will be a refund. Nothing. These items are not cheap. Please think twice if you shop here. Lost a lot of money now.
