An employee from the customer service team provided me with incorrect information, which caused me to lose a workday and €160. Afterward, the employee misled me via email to cover her mistake. I do not appreciate being lied to, so I contacted the service to file a complaint. Their management responded, but instead of apologizing, they defended the situation and refused further communication. I explained that it would be easy for the employee to prove her honesty by simply forwarding the message she claimed to have sent, but management declined to provide any evidence. After posting a complaint on their social media, I was blocked instead of receiving an apology. This experience has shown me that the service lacks integrity in communication and fails to address customer complaints appropriately.
