This is possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I've dealt with many companies over the years. I ordered three canvases a week ago, and while the site promised delivery within 5 to 8 days, it's now day 8 and the service has failed to inform me about the status of my order. The tracking number provided by the carrier is invalid. I've sent multiple emails about these issues, but they continue to give me generic responses instead of investigating. Additionally, their customer service phone numbers don’t work. This company is horrible. Do not waste your time or money. I’m leaving the country soon, and I have no idea if my paintings will arrive before I go.
