I ordered a dress in June, it didn't arrive until this week, mid Sept.I did try to cancel but wasn't allowed too.The material & quality was horrendous.I asked for a full refund and to send the item back, I was told it would cost too much to return, but would give me some compensation.I received £4, the item cost £14.99.I wont be wearing it, it will go into a charity bag.
