Very poor quality seat cushions filling have gone saggy and flat after just 6 months use on 2 x brown 3 seater leather Chesterfield sofas which now look dreadfully sad. We brought the issue of the saggy seat cushions fillings to the attention of DS4U 7 months ago, but were informed that they would NOT replace the seat cushions as they are all like this in their expensive "vintage Chesterfield sofa range".If we had known this at the point of sale, we would never have purchased these 2 sofas This is just not acceptable customer service that you would expect when spending nearly £3000 on two sofas. DS4U customer service is as unsupportive as it's "not fit for purpose" flat saggy seat cushions. We feel that we have been ripped off by this company as nobody from this company has ever bothered to address this issue. I will now escalate this issue to the trading standards
