Ordered a leather sofa and chair , also a bucket chair. On delivery day the 2 delivery men were reluctant to get out of the van as it was raining and we are a farm .Immediately they told me they would deliver the chair to the house but not the sofa as it was to heavy to carry 100 meters to the door.I carried the bucket chair and footstool myself and the 2 delivery men carried the leather chair.They then refused to bring the leather Chesterfield sofa and said they would off load it leave it in the rain.I phoned customer service to be told that for health and safety reasons delivery men can't walk 100 meters in the rain incase they "fell over" and hurt themselves. The options given were either they take the sofa back and deliver another day ..... but also told it might rain again and I would have the same issue. Or they leave it out in the rain and I carry it myself.I would have sent the whole order back but half was already in the house.The drivers were rude, the customer service was rude .A thousand pound sofa dumped in a car park in the rain . Now damaged and dirty.
