Dont touch them with a barge pole! I did the 50% on order and balance to pay before delivery. My chair order was supposed to be with us in 3 to 4 weeks but took 7. I had to contact them 3 days before the expected delivery date that was sent to me to settle my balance, I was sent a link and paid.The day before delivery I get a call telling me I owed the balance, I could see it pending on my bank account, I called them and they told me I hadn't paid any money at all!I had paid the deposit through PayPal which I told them and that the remainder had been paid 2 days previously, they had no clue and asked me to call my bank regarding the final pending payment, which I did, it was their end not taking the money!!I let them know and they agreed all was paid, the chair arrived the next day.They never took the balance and it was returned to my account, I was furious! I left it to see how long it would take them to get in tough, it was 10 days later! To annoy them I ignored every message they sent as they had caused me such a lot of stress!I contacted them and paid the balance which this time went through.Useless communication and dreadful customer service, as said don't use them, they have no clue!
