Do not believe anything they say about trying to put any wrongs right because they simply ignore you This issue was resolved for me by American Express, who refunded the whole amount to my account Within 12 hours of receiving my emails with this company and photographs of the chairst They clearly believe that this company is fraudulent -Do not buy from them.
