Like any company, human error is essentially going to creep in. We ordered a 3 seater and a 2 seater arrived. Customer service were quick to deal with the issue and we recieved our 3 seater shortly after. The 2nd issue cropped up with a patch on it that started to peel away. Once again, customer service manager, Samantha was quick to get back to me and resolved the issue with professionalism. She went above and beyond my expectations.
