If I could give zero stars I would !Absolutely shocking customer service, they messed up my order . I checked on here and seen how bad some of the reviews are & the quality of products !I contacted them to cancel my order and full refund and they said they are taken £165 off my refund for “ administrative charge “! The item hadn’t even been delivered! Still NO refund !!! Will be taken this to the Ombudsman also! I also have proof of an email to say that they will refund and now I get a second email to say the above !!Unfortunately the staff also tell lies.Standard reply, you have already been contacted via phone call and emails ! Still NO £533 refund , taken this to my payment provider , police , Trading standards & Ombusman Department will be contacted !!Still chasing my full refund up , emails getting ignored and online chat can’t help apparently!So I have now esclated this to authorities! This is thief on your part “Designersofas4u”Your pathetic below response is a standard response you are sending too all the negative reviews & aren’t dealing with them at all nor are you issuing my refund !! This is illegal what you are doing !!
