Received computer generated response that l have noticed every complaint received apart from that zip all, received update they don't want to know even though problem has been going on 18 months now they are saying it is out of warranty but they have not done anything in 18 months apart from send me a dab of dried up paint and now they have told me not to contact manufacturers as this would be out of order didn't expect any difference as l have had problems getting a response from the beginning
