Ordered a chair from there website I was contacted shortly after by a member on WhatsApp notifying me the cushion I had chose was extremely hard I then opted for the softer cushion... all going well so far, then came the delivery I received a text with a time and date and was asked to reply with yes or no to the delivery date and time, seen as the delivery date was acceptable I replied with yes. Anyhow the date came and I was given a time slot of 15:00-18:00 pm a large time gap but ok. I waited in the vacant house and surely enough no delivery, I chalked this up to a no show. The time was 21:15 and I received a phone call asking where I was it was the delivery people way out of the time slot they had allocated, due to me leaving town it then became a rush to get back to the property to accept the chair. I was constantly phoned asking where I was how long I was going to be etc I explained the time slot was 15:00-18:00 and it was now 9 pm once I arrived back the delivery driver decided he would carry the chair in whilst smoking a cigarette to which he stumped the cigarette out on my plastic bin and dropped the butt on the grass on my property. The two delivery men couldn't give me a reason why the delivery was late and why I had not recieved even a text to notify me of a change in time they were absolutely not intrested. I locked up the house and the passenger of the delivery van asked if he could use the toilet even though he had just watched me lock up. I wasn't prepared to allow either of them back into the house especially with how they treated my property and had spoken to me. I understand deliveries run late etc but there was no notification and a sheer lack of respect, not to mention smoking a cigarette whilst holding a chair . I will see what the quality of the chair is like and adjust this review accordingly
