I ordered a sofa on the 5th May 2025 and it still has not arrived. The delivery date wasn’t given, until I asked and has been changed on two occasions. Yesterday the 13th June I get a call saying they don’t have that colour in stock. They will send me a letter with a sample, which I haven’t received yet regarding a change of fabric colour. If you want to be messed around, given false promises and let down and kept hanging, then this is a great company to buy a sofa from. If you don’t, I would consider purchasing your sofa elsewhere.
