Today after a long Waite and many emails backward and forward I received my arm chair.I would have given 5 star for the quality of their product, but the reason for 3 star is their customer service . They are borderline rude and aggressive . But the armchair is of excellent quality and design. I am pleased with my purchase and would have liked to buy again from this company, but I decided is not worth the stress they gave me.
