While the leather itself is beautiful, the chairs do not look like a coordinated set at all. The arm-scrolls differ significantly in shape, size, and curvature, and even the leather layout looks as though it was done using different templates when placed side by side.I contacted the company, expecting this to be resolved under their 12-month guarantee, especially since their website shows sets that look consistent and well-matched. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive. I was repeatedly told that the differences were “normal variations” in handmade items — even though the variations in my chairs go far beyond what is reasonable for handcrafted furniture.What concerns me most is that all of the sets displayed on their own website look cohesive, including sofas, armchairs, and multi-piece sets. None of their photos show mismatched arm shapes or differing scroll profiles. Yet when I pointed this out, I was still told that this level of inconsistency should be expected, and that the variations I am seeing are not the result of a manufacturing fault. They also noted that, as stated in their terms and conditions, the images on their website are for illustration purposes only.After explaining that I understand it may not be considered a manufacturing mistake, this still does not mean the chairs should look like they belong to different sets. These differences are not minor, not aesthetic, and not something you would ever expect when buying a “matching pair” of premium chairs.After all the emails, the company ultimately refused to take the matter any further, classifying the issue as “personal dissatisfaction.” I asked a lawyer, but I found that it would cost me more than the value of the chairs.So my advice is: if you are going to buy a single piece of furniture, do it — their work is nice, and I do like my chairs individually. But not as a set. Don’t expect the chairs to look like the photos on the website, because those photos are for illustration purposes only, as the after-sales manager explained. If you complain to customer service, they will keep telling you it’s not a manufacturing fault, but that each chair is made individually, and that natural variance in foam density and thickness can occur during the upholstery process. Foam is soft and flexible, and small inconsistencies can occur from batch to batch. This what they keep replying to me, that it is normal and does not indicate a manufacturing fault.I know it’s not a manufacturing fault, what I don’t understand is how a set can be treated individually and why different foam batches would be used for chairs I bought as a matching pair, made to look as individuals?I attached the photos I send them, and some compared with there website photos, and to explain how every chair of mine, look like apiece of other set, from the photos of their website, that they are used for illustration use only, as they explain, so if you will order a set, expect, pieces which are made individually, so they will not look like a set be aware, don’t be misled by the photos on website, because those photos are for illustration purposes only, as I have been told, and its not motioned on the website, that you will receive individually manufactured pieces.
