Ordered a tumble dryer on the basis of the 5 working days delivery, only being notified once the transaction had completed that it would be about 3 weeks. Got an email tracking link, which didn't update and the indicated date came and went. Used phone number and email address on the website but nothing. I managed to find the delivery company linked to the tracking and they confirmed it was a scam, with their details being cloned. I've contacted my credit card provider to seek a refund.
