I have two appliances on order (placed on 24/10/25) and have waited the suggested 21 days, which was communicated several days after the order confirmation. A link to the delivery service is non-functional, and I emailed for a refund today, 32 days after ordering. It appears this operation has foreign control. They seem to take your credit card information, hold onto it as long as possible, then refund when customers complain, possibly using funds from new customers. This resembles a Ponzi scheme.
