I ordered a tumble dryer from them 26/10, they were initially very good communication wise and gave me a tracking number alongside a delivery estimate of 2-3 weeks, delivery date approximately 12/11. I emailed them on the 12th asking for a update and no response and the phone number listed on the website automatically hangs up, doesnt even ring.I then find this morning via my bank that they have refunded the order but i feel like this has been a huge waste of my time as i could have ordered from a different company and got my tumble dryer much sooner.
