(Edited from 1 start to 4 stars):I made an order on December 12th and received an order confirmation immediately. But I never got a shipment notification. I waited until Dec. 23rd and wrote to their support but still never heard back after several emails. Eventually I got a response back after posing a review here about my experience. After that Amalie from their support responded and explained that my emails were stuck in the wrong filters and offered to send me the order again and reduce the cost.However, on the same day (Jan. 3rd) the order finally arrived. So it seems they're just swamped around Christmas time in addition to the Omicron/pandemic surge that they were not able to fulfill the orders quickly enough, but they will send them out as soon as they could. Also my order was from overseas (U.S.) which probably added more delays over the holidays.Final lesson is to allow extra time for your oder during holiday season. (Would've given this 3 stars but their support is so nice that I had to make it a 4. Thanks Amalie!)
